Day 1 — Arrival & Grounding Ritual

Arrive at the hotel and settle into the tranquil atmosphere. In the late afternoon, join a gentle grounding session to ease into the retreat through soft breathing, body awareness, and intention-setting.

Day 2 — Mindfulness & Breathwork Foundations

Start the day with a morning mindfulness practice focusing on presence, breath, and sensory awareness.
In the afternoon, explore introductory breathwork techniques designed to reduce stress, increase clarity, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

  • Morning mindfulness meditation (60 min)

  • Breathwork fundamentals workshop (90 min)

  • Optional silent nature walk

Day 3 — Deepening Practice & Nature Immersion

This day deepens your inner work. Begin with a guided meditation inspired by the surrounding natural elements.
Later, take part in a restorative breathwork journey that encourages emotional release, grounding, and revitalization.

  • Deep breathwork journey (90 min)

  • Optional mindful journaling session

Day 4 — Integration & Inner Harmony

Today is dedicated to integrating the tools learned so far. Enjoy a mindful movement session combining soft stretching and breath-led flow.
Close the day with a serene meditation focused on self-compassion and gratitude.

Day 5 — Departure with Presence

After a final morning of quiet reflection, check out feeling centered, refreshed, and equipped with mindfulness tools to take back into daily life.
